Hope Street Hotel - The London Carriage Works

Ralph Capper Interiors were recommended as furniture consultants to the chef at The London Carriage Wors; the award winning fine dining restaurant at Hope Street Hotel Liverpool. Following a series of detailed discussions and tours of the site which was undergoing a complete refurbishment process, we suggested a classic but modern style of furniture upholstered in leather in order to reflect the ideals of the restaurant.

Detailed discussions followed with the chef regarding place settings and table sizes required for fine dining status and this process was carefully managed by our team in order to meet the requirements carefully set out. The furniture was supplied, delivered, installed and today, is serviced as required by our team. Chef Paul Askew at The London Carriage Works continues to win awards including Hi Life Chef of the Year 2009 - and the restaurant has won too many awards to mention! The Hotel has catered for guests including Condoleezza Rice, Kanye West, Rafa Benitez and many others and we certainly recommend it.
